Exposure will maximize the impact of your cross-cultural experience! You will intentionally interact with a long-term team and their ministry and will be challenged to expand the boundaries of your thinking and experience. You will learn from them and the host culture you interact with and begin to understand what is required to make a lasting difference in the lives of some of the most spiritually needy people on earth.
