United in Purpose, Diverse in Gifts

We believe that the beauty of God's Kingdom is reflected in the diverse tapestry of His people. From various cultural backgrounds and with unique skills and experiences, our members and teams around the world come together, united by the common cause of discipleship and church planting among the unreached.

We celebrate the richness that each individual brings, recognising that our collective strength lies in our diversity as we work together to fulfil the Great Commission. Just as our global gateways connect different parts of the world, our diverse teams bridge cultural gaps and bring a multitude of perspectives to the work, allowing the love of Christ to be shared in countless ways.

Middle East

A mobilization base in the Middle East is adding new personnel and refining processes. Both these developments have strengthened their ability to identify and equip serious missionary candidates.

And in Africa, despite facing increasing danger in the contexts where they serve, missionaries shared the gospel with more than 3,000 people and saw more than 100 come to faith in Christ in 2024.

Mobilization snapshot

East Asia

God continues raising up laborers from across Asia. Pioneers established a missionary training school for East Asians. This four-month program included biblical education and field experience with a Pioneers team. Mongolian Christians who participated in one of these programs were surprised at how natural and easy it was to have spiritual conversations with the Hindus and Buddhists they met during this time.

One said, “I have been waiting for this moment from God. I am very grateful for the creation of such a school that prepares the next generation of missionaries.”
